By accessing or using IndexPilot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
IndexPilot provides URL importing, technical auditing, validation, queue management, reporting, and optional Google Search Console integration for authorized accounts. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time.
3. Accounts and Authorization
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed under your account. When connecting Google, you authorize IndexPilot to access only the permissions you approve. You must have the appropriate rights to manage any Search Console properties for which you request authenticated actions.
4. Permitted Use
You may audit publicly accessible URLs in a reasonable and lawful manner. You must not use IndexPilot to bypass access controls, circumvent search engine quotas, overload third-party servers, impersonate search engine crawlers, scrape protected information, or interfere with websites or services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party terms.
5. Search Engine Indexing Disclaimer
IndexPilot does not guarantee crawling, discovery, indexing, search rankings, traffic, or placement in any search engine. Google and other search engines independently determine whether and when pages are indexed. Sitemap submissions and Search Console actions require appropriate permissions and are subject to provider restrictions and quotas.
6. Third-Party Websites and Google Services
Third-party websites and Google services are operated independently of ODWebs. Their availability, data accuracy, policies, quotas, and authorization requirements are outside our control. Google Search Console features require a Google account with authorized property access.
7. User Content and Responsibility
You retain responsibility for the URLs, files, and information you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that information and to request any authenticated action. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use to protect the platform.
8. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security updates, provider outages, or technical limitations may temporarily affect features.
9. Intellectual Property
The IndexPilot software, branding, interface, and original content are owned by ODWebs or its licensors, except for user-submitted content and third-party materials. You may not copy or redistribute protected platform materials without permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific results, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ODWebs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, or data. This provision does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, violations of these terms, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The effective date will be updated. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that may apply.
