- Technical information: IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, security and error logs, and necessary session cookies.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, connect authorized Google Search Console accounts, retrieve permitted property data, validate and audit submitted URLs, operate queues and reports, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
4. Google API Services and User Data
IndexPilot requests only the Google permissions needed for the features it offers. Access to Google Search Console is subject to Google's authorization process and the permissions of the signed-in user. We do not claim ownership of your Google data or obtain access to properties that your Google account is not authorized to manage.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. We do not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising.
5. Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including access controls and secure connections where configured. No internet service or storage system is completely secure. Authorized tokens should be stored securely and should not be exposed in publicly accessible files.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, where required by law, or with your consent. URLs submitted for auditing may be requested from their publicly accessible hosts as part of the audit.
7. Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account data or disconnection of Google access by contacting hello@odwebs.com. Some records may be retained where legally required. You can also revoke Google permissions through your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
